My only wish…

Since autumn knocked at the door , we felt it really deeply on our bodies, it became colder and colder and that’s why I really miss the hot weather and the playful sun. I look at these pictures made in september when it was still warm and I can’t wait to taste it again while the sun with its rays nearly close my eyes and my lips are sweet from the fruity ice cream I eat . No longer, that’s just a wish , and till the good weather comes it’s a long time to wait, however I’ll look at this picture and dream again and again…

4th Day :Morning Fresh with Blackberries

Ingredients:

• dough;
• butter;
• blackberries;
• ice-cream.

• Cut the dough into lines , then melt the butter and oil the dough with it. When you finish with that, mix the blackberries and put them on the lines, place the bottom of line over the top, then twist slowly so as not to stick out the blackberry paste.
• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees , cover the tray with baking paper then put the ,,twisted lines,, in there.
• Bake them 13-15 minutes.
• When the baking is finished, take a cup or a glass and put there some ice-cream and add the ,, twisted lines,, , also if you want you can mix ice-cream with some jams or , as I did , with blackberry jam .
