5th Day: Apple Paradise


  • dough;
  • 1 egg;
  • apples;
  • butter;
  • sugar.

Cut the dough into long rectangles and cover them with melted butter. Put the grated apples on the half of dough and sprinkle with sugar, then apply the other half on the grated apples and using a fork stick the ends. Whem the long pie is ready make some cut on it to look swollen.

3rd Day : Chocolate Cookies


  • 350 g chocolate ;
  • 4 tablespoons of butter ;
  • 2/3 cup of flour ;
  • 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder or bicarbonate ;
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt ;
  • 3 eggs ;
  • 3/4 cup of sugar ;
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla ;
  • Additional : blackberries  .


  • Heat 250 g of chocolate ( I used 3 kinds of chocolate : milk chocolate with honey, dark chocolate and chocolate with nuts)  and 4 tablespoons of butter until it melts, stirring of 20 in 20 seconds. In another bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla with mixer, add chocolate, then flour and mix again. After that cut into small cubes 100 g of chocolate and add to bowl.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a Teflon pan or baking paper place one tablespoon of batter at 3 cm distance . Bake about 12-15 minutes, do not bake too much cause these cookies should be soft. Put the cookies on a plate using a spatula and cool completly.

1st Day: Apple Pie


  •  congealed dough (1200g ) ;
  •  3 apples (cut into small pieces) ;
  • fruit jam (I used peachand apricot jam) ; 
  •  powdered sugar;
  •  1 egg ;
  •  butter .



  •  After thawing the dough, cut in medium-sized squares. On each square put some of the cuted apples, add some sugar on top, spoon about 1 tablespoon of jam and then connect the four corners in the middle.


  • Take a tray and grease its surface with butter than put in the pies and grease them  with beaten egg.

Note: Do it faster because the dough is becoming dry.

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the pies for 20 – 30 minutes.


  • When the baking is finished, let the pies get colder, after that spoon some powdered sugar on top.

Now you can enjoy the taste of the pies.
